Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition — unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. This applies to both change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

How to start a return or exchange: email info@ryanmelinda.com with your order number and we will guide you through it.

Return postage: for change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we cover the return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds: once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Faulty or damaged items: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
